Yes. Beit El Pets delivers to customers all over Lebanon.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Delivery is free on orders over $40. A delivery fee applies to orders below $40.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery and Whish Money.
Can I order through WhatsApp?
Yes. Customers will be able to place orders through WhatsApp once the official Beit El Pets number is available.
Do you have a physical store?
No. Beit El Pets is currently an online-only pet shop.
What are your customer-service hours?
Our customer-service team is available daily from 10 AM to 10 PM.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact our customer-care team as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging. Our team will review the case and assist you.
Do your products include a guarantee?
We do not currently offer product guarantees.
Do you sell products for animals other than cats and dogs?
For now, our products are available for cats and dogs only.
